		       [IDEAS ON IMPROVING AML]
If there is a need, we could eventually have a person in charge of
CALENDARs and ANNOUNCEMENTs, so people could email their "pieces" in,
and these would be posted in batches; similarly, for brief questions
to AML, comments, answers, etc, I'd like to eventually set up a
program or person(s) in charge of DIGESTS, so AML isn't flooded with
many tiny posts.

(b)Regular/Automatic posts to AML, and to the USENET
* "About AML" and how to join, 1/month to .activists
* "Calendar" to AML and to .activists (and other gps if relevant), 1-2
	times per month, as aprop.; anyone(s) want to volunteer, who
	get In These Times and other publ's to post Calendars?
* The Segovia Sentinel, to AML - Robert van Buskirk
	<robert%marvax.Berkeley.EDU> of AML is distributor: RvB: once
	listserver is working, you can just add the AML address to
	SegSent's subscriber list. [See "Att'n" notes below]
* AML members could volunteer to monitor PeaceNet; post all alerts to
	AML; .activists; .human.rights, et al if approp.; other items
	of interest, e.g. from Christic, to AML.

...I had seen at some point advertised a "Server" (as opposed to
"List-Server"(?)) which would send to you upon request a catalog of
erotic stories; this server would understand simple commands, and if
you liked the sound of story #341 (whipped cream and honey, say),
you'd send it a message like "send story 341", and it would comply.
Well, if such things exist, why not use it for a sort of AML Resource
and Information Library...? Anyone know how to do these things? (I
forgot to mention

I got the following note from Theresay Flynn of U Wisconsin:
   i've been talking to some people from SUNY = stony brook about their work
   to get an alternative student press network together, however, they're
   taking it from the traditional hardcopy/press group practice. Do you know
   of anyone who could help them?...
If anyone can help, please contact her; otherwise, I hope to get to
this in Oct/Nov, when AML is sufficiently organzed, and we set up
"committees" specifically to help PSNs get on line. Probably this
should be done after we've gotten in touch with NASP, though.
