Disgusted with the U.S. foreign policy in El Salvador?
Tell your congressperson!!!

There are two pending bills that call for an end to aid, both still
gathering signatures:

Dellums, Pelosi, Boxer (all from CA) and Markey (MA) Bill:

  HR 3733 calls for an end to all aid except that which is "serving
the basic humanitarian needs of the citizens of that country."

  The bill has 20 co-sponsers, to date all democrats: Bates (CA),
Bruce (IL), Collins (IL), DeFazio (OR), Eckart (OH), Fauntroy (DC),
Foglietta (PA), Kildee (MI), Mineta (CA), Morrison (CT), Owens (NY),

Kastenmeier (D-WI) Bill:

  HJR 54 calls for a permanent cut-off of military aid and the
withdrawal of U.S. advisors.

Getting your representative to sign on to the above bills is important
and also a way to assess their position on El Salvador.  Put pressure
on your representative.
