Watching this group, i get the impression that people here are more interested in political/social changes around them and the effects on the world around them. I'm interested in hearing from people who bring that activist philosophy to real life, especially on campuses across the country. In the past weeks, my newspaper has covered events at Bradley and Northwestern, dealing with student demonstrations and attempts to change the institutions they attend. If anyone is interested in helping me develop contacts in different colleges/universities, please write to me and let me know what's up. Although this is not strictly limited to only educational institutions, the newspaper i edit is at UW-Milwaukee, and because the majority of our audience is student and faculty, we try to cover events specifically on other campuses. For our general information, though, your input on labor, civil rights and local events is always welcome. Thanks for your input.
