Dear Harel,

     We were glad to hear from you again, and to learn of
plans to distribute the Central America Update to users of
the ACTIV-L.  This is a note to inform you that we have
prepared an invoice for an annual institutional subscription
to the Update, priced at $300.  The invoice will be mailed
to you, care of John Lamperti, on Monday.  We will begin
sending Update files to Rich Winkel beginning Dec. 10.

     I will send a longer message on other matters mentioned
in your e-mail message within the next week.
