Ok, I'm not a lawyer, but it appears to me that if the USA is a
"non profit corporation" then US citizens might either be considered
corporate owners or corporate assets.  Either way we would be
collectively liable for the debts of this corporation.  I understand
that the national debt is rising at a 75% annual rate:

The for-profit national prison industry already provides
a corporate model for small-scale forced indentured servitude,
but it's not really applicable on a national scale.  I can
think of alternative approaches however, based on the fact that
we're all heavily dependent on essential services which are
supplied by the emerging and converging network of transnational
financial interests who would presumably be the "trustees" of
USA Inc.  A huge "company town."

Interestingly, only USA Inc and Federal Reserve Assoc. are non-profits,
all the government agencies are for-profit.  Does this somehow
correspond to the twin pillars of mussolini's concept of fascism?

What does it mean that the IRS is a for-profit corp?
What about the for-profit Social Security Corp?

What is the for-profit Federal Land Acquisition Corp?
Is it responsible for managing collateral on the national debt?
Is it involved in the privatization of public infrastructure?

Basically I have no idea what any of this means, but I find it
disturbing to say the least.  Could this represent a corporate
"hostile takeover" on a national level?
